Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but because all of our products are made-to-order, we have a no return policy.
Due to the nature of custom made-to-order apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
Each item is made just for you after you order, so we’re unable to accept returns for sizing or change of mind. However, we’ll gladly replace anything that arrives defective, damaged or incorrect.
Please double-check our sizing guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Be sure to check that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details.
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Replacement
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement.
